Method 使用方法 :
- Pour 500g boiled hot water (95ºC) into 500g of Korean Crystal Snow Skin Mooncake Mix. 将500克煮沸的热水 (95ºC) 倒入500克 韩式冰皮月饼混合预拌粉 中。
- Add in coloring and flavoring desired. 根据需要添加 颜色素 或 香精 。
- Mix well then wrap in a plastic bag keep in refrigerator for 10minutes. 混合均匀,用塑料袋包好,植入冰箱冷藏10分钟。
- Divide the dough equally (Approx 50g for 18 big pcs / 30g for 30 small pcs). 将面团平分 (18粒大月饼50克,30粒小月饼 为30克)。
- Roll flat dough , wrap a round filling then press into Mooncake mould. 将面团擀平,放入馅料后搓成球状便可放入月饼模具中塑性。
- Remove from mooncake mould and refrigerate few hours before serving. 从月饼模具中取出后植入冰箱冷藏数小时后便可食用。
** Apply Potato Starch for dusting. 使用马铃薯淀粉作为手粉。
