After dried , it is a bit like porcelain , which is brittle to touch . Speed of drying is more faster than fondant , so the speed making sugar flower have to faster. Unused gum paste must be sealed and stored to prevent them from drying out and hardening。
风干后有点像瓷器，触感脆硬且易碎，干佩斯風干的速度比翻糖还要快，因此制作糖花的速度也要相对的快一些。所有尚未使用的干佩斯材料必须注意密封保存以免风干变硬。
