Count Down and Count Up Timer Settings 倒计时 和 计时器 功能设置 ：
Count-Down : 
1. Press MIN button to advance minute digits. Hold for 3 seconds for rapid advance. Follow the same operating pattern for SEC button to advance seconds digits also.
2 . If setting is not correct , press RESET ( MIN & SEC button together ) to reset timer to zero and set the time again.
3 . Press START/STOP button once and time will start to count down atone second intervals. To pause , press START/STOP button once. Press again to continue counting.
4 . Until 00.00 , Timer will ring "Didi...Didi...Didi..." , Press RESET to stop the alarm.

Count-Up : 
1 . When timer is in reset stage "00:00" press START/STOP button to active count-up function. Timer will count up in one second intervals.
2. To pause , press START/STOP button once. Press Again to continue counting.
3. To return the count up timer to zero. Press START/STOP button then RESET.
